Shipping + Returns

A satisfied customer is of utmost importance to us. If you’re experiencing any issues at all, we want to hear about it, and most importantly, we want to make it right!

Contact us by sending an email to support@northashcandles.com. We’ll respond with a personal email in 24-48 business hours.  

Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. If you would like to order internationally, contact us at support@northashcandles.com.

    • All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Once your item(s) are shipped, domestic orders may take 2–4 days to arrive, depending on your location.
    • North + Ash Candles typically will use USPS ground shipping (estimated 1–4 days) but might use UPS Ground/2-day or Fed-Ex in some instances. 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If your shipment does not arrive or you have any issues, please email support@northashcandles.com and we’ll help resolve your issue!

Returns

We want you to feel care free and experience minimal friction with returns, however, should you need to return a candle, we will accept it but any return shipping costs will be at your own expense. We offer 30-day returns!

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will notify you with the status of your refund. When your refund is accepted, you will receive the payment back to your original payment method. Please check with your banking provider for more information if you need it.

Damages

In the instance there should be damage, we totally understand these things can happen during transit. Send us an email with a photo of your broken or damaged candle, we’ll make sure we ship you a replacement immediately.
